Some Heads is a grouping of nine portraits of disembodied human heads. Each of these heads floats on a white space with minimal remnants of their former environment. The faces vary in expression from contemplative to bewilderment but all of them share a sense of disquiet, of being thrown abruptly from one space into another -- into a momentarily disorienting space where the usual coordinates of space and time are suspended.
